Our Values
Swatpro is a not-for-profit organisation, made up of a number of partners as well as our our own in-house provision.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we can invest any surplus back into our learner provision. This helps us to support our learners to achieve their goals. Our partners, whilst very different organisations themselves, all subscribe to the same view... we are here to provide an excellent service to our customers - whether that is an apprentice, an employer, or someone paying for a full-cost course.
We're here for employers
If it wasn't for employers supporting the apprenticeship model, we wouldn't be doing what we're doing. We understand that running apprenticeships is not really your business focus - even if it is an important element in your recruitment, staff training and business planning.
As one of a very few Department for Education trusted providers we can provide expert advice and guidance regarding the Government's Apprenticeship System.
Contact us for more details about how we can support you to employ an apprentice.
We're here for individuals
As a not-for-profit organisation, we care more about the quality of our provision, than than quantity of it. Educational providers are often accused of adopting a 'bums on seats' approach to training... but we are all about supporting you as an individual to achieve your goals. We care about your career and hold the Matrix Standard for careers guidance, we have links to health and wellbeing organisations that can help you in times of need, and we provide you with a raft of free to access courses through our Clicks2Learn learning platform.
Contact us if you would like to find out more about becoming an apprentice, or undertaking some training to help move your career forward.
We're here for training partners
Swatpro started over a decade ago, providing services to a few selected partners. Since then, it's grown and as well as the partners, it now has it's own training provision covering apprenticeships, advanced learner loans and commercial courses.
We continue to provide our partners with MIS services, ILR reporting, SAR / QIG workshops and reports, safeguarding software and regular operational updates on changes within the funding guidelines, with the aim of ensuring compliance to ESFA rules.
We share best practice and support our partners as much as possible, also providing them with access to our Clicks2Learn e-learning platform. Contact us if you are interested in becoming a Swatpro partner.
