Help For Partners
Swatpro is made up of an association of training providers, who may be employer-providers or independent providers. This allows Swatpro to offer a wide ranging selection of apprenticeships across the South West, without providers competing for the same learners.
Being a training provider isn't easy at the best of times, and we all know it's no longer about just delivering some training to a learner... these days, we need to consider safeguarding, British Values, the Prevent agenda and radicalisation, equality and diversity, safer recruitment, Ofsted inspections, following funding guidelines and ensuring learner evidence is valid, appropriate and meets the End Point Assessment requirements. There's the EPAO (End Point Assessment Organisation) to deal with, employers to support, co-investrment to track and learners to manage.
Swatpro can help... we offer a program of quality improvement that all partners share, we offer critical MIS services and ILR reporting that you'll need. Investment in an MIS system alone can be significant, as can the resources and knowledge required to run it successfully.
Swatpro provides that collaborative environment for all the partners that work with us, sharing our knowledge and experience for the benefit of everyone.
We are also one of 15 training providers nationally, to have been selected by the Department for Education, to take part in an Expert Provider pilot project running throughout 2023/24. This gives us unprecedented access to the DfE and provides us with some additional benefits that will help better support employers.
