Swatpro: Working With Employers
Our health and social care team work closely with employers across the region, delivering apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5; ensuring progression for individuals as their careers develop.
Laura Grant, General Manager for Home Instead said, "We are grateful for the exceptional support offered by Swat Pro. Their assistance not only benefits our company as a whole but also greatly influences individual Care Professionals".
The experienced health and social care team at Swatpro have helped many employees achieve their aims and progress within their chosen career, as well as helping those just entering the sector. As Laura puts it, "the impressive collaboration we've cultivated is a source of pride, highlighted by the fact that every staff member has attained either a merit or distinction for their end-point assessment. This accomplishment speaks not only to the dedication of our team but also underscores the effectiveness of the support extended by Swatpro".
For Swatpro, this underlines our approach to supporting and guiding individuals to achieve. Our focus is very much on the quality of our provision and providing the information, advice and guidance to ensure that learners can make the most appropriate choice for them (and their employers). Sometimes that may mean that an apprenticeship is not the right option and we can offer Level 3 to Level 5 qualifications through the Government's Advanced Learner Loan scheme.
Laura finished off by saying, "we take pride in our positive working relationship and eagerly anticipate many more years of continued success to come", and it's fair to say that we continue to look forward with working with Home Instead in the future!
