Skills Coach - Leadership & Management

Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Skills Coach/Training Facilitator to deliver engaging Leadership & Management apprenticeship programs. If you're passionate about developing future leaders, guiding apprentices, and coaching them to success, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic training sessions (virtual & in-person) aligned with apprenticeship standards.
• Mentor and coach learners through their development journey.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with employers to ensure training meets business needs.
• Prepare apprentices for successful completion of End-Point Assessments.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leadership, management, or training roles.
• Coaching/teaching qualifications (PTLLS, CTLLS, or similar).
